So... Happy new year!!
Not gonna lie, I'm kinda glad 2026 is already here. I don't know if I could take 2025 for much longer lmao 😭
Although this year was really great to me in some ways, it also took way too many things from me. I felt like I had to be extra strong this year for many situations I never thought I'd have to go through. I actually wish I hadn't gone through some of those things. However, I'm hoping all of this was to make life easier down the road, and that I can become a better person.
I can only imagine how this year was for some of you. I imagine it wasn't that easy as well. But, if you stayed throughout all of the ups and downs and are now here, reading this post, I hope you know I'm extremely proud of you. Even if you felt like you were able to get the odds on your side or if you feel like you're barely holding on. Both are good. You're here, you're still trying, and that's what matters.
Lastly, I wanted to thank you all :) I know I haven't been as active here this year, but I hope you still were able to enjoy my little pieces of art and that I was able to make you laugh, smile, feel comforted or even cry if that's what you needed at that moment. Thank you so much for every comment, every reblog, every message, every tag, every ask and every request (I will get to those!! Don't worry, I'll write y'all's ideas lmao). Even if it was just a tiny word or a whole paragraph, that feedback helped me power up through some hard moments. So thank you so much for sticking around for one more year
I hope to be here and do much more nice things, including fanfic, in this year to come. I hope you guys will still be here as well, and I hope each one of you will be happier and healthier in 2026.
