Is the day after being glutened the worst for anyone else? I seem to be okay during the day (apart from nausea and a headache) but then at night (typically like 24 hours after the gluten incident) I get beyond nauseous, shaky, stabbing stomach pains, extremely hot and a racy heart. Basically to the point where I contemplate hitting the ER. Does anyone else have a worse day after than the actually day of glutening?

Does any one else get like starving when you've accidentally had gluten? Anytime I have gluten on accident I get like starving yet still feel like I wanna throw up etc. Thought it was weird but just curious if anyone else gets that way too...

Question for the gluten-free/celiac community: When you get glutened have you found anything to take that's helped with the nausea? I get glutened and then am totally down for the count because of the nausea primarily and wondered if anyone's found anything that helps ease it...

Question for Celiacs & Gluten-Sensitive People of Tumblr

I just had a friend recommend "Country Life Gluten-Zyme" to me and say that they're normally sensitive to gluten but when they take it they're able to eat a little bit of gluten... I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried this and whether it really does work or to what degree it works. I'm being tested right now for Celiac so at the moment I know I'm at least way beyond super sensitive, like a couple gluten crumbs left in peanut butter make me sick for a day or two.
