Is the day after being glutened the worst for anyone else? I seem to be okay during the day (apart from nausea and a headache) but then at night (typically like 24 hours after the gluten incident) I get beyond nauseous, shaky, stabbing stomach pains, extremely hot and a racy heart. Basically to the point where I contemplate hitting the ER. Does anyone else have a worse day after than the actually day of glutening?
