I've got the best parents. They made me gluten-free doughnuts so I wouldn't miss out when everyone else is having doughnuts :)

Is it bad I start tearing up every time I go to the grocery store? Not in a bad way, finally... It happens more since they started labeling so much more of their products with easy to find gluten-free tags and they're offering more and more products at an almost normal price? Or sales on bread or snacks? I may be overreacting but I just feel like I'm not as overwhelmed every time I need to go to the store.
Is the day after being glutened the worst for anyone else? I seem to be okay during the day (apart from nausea and a headache) but then at night (typically like 24 hours after the gluten incident) I get beyond nauseous, shaky, stabbing stomach pains, extremely hot and a racy heart. Basically to the point where I contemplate hitting the ER. Does anyone else have a worse day after than the actually day of glutening?
Pissed off and miserable. Almost 100% sure that the restaurant I went to for dinner with my mom gave me regular pasta instead of gluten free pasta, which I specifically requested and they had on the menu. Now I feel like complete shit.
Oh, and they charged us the additional $2 for gluten free pasta and gave me regular pasta.
Tomorrow I'm calling to complain. It's lucky that I'm just gluten-sensitive and not a sufferer of celiac's - if I was, this could have been much worse. Thank god for small favors.
BREAD.
I OPENED YOU YESTERDAY WHY ARE YOU ALREADY MOLDY UGH.
It is snowing out. I don't have my usual bread and I don't think my body is happy with the kind I've been eating. And I have an eight hour shift today and I don't want to go.
Just wanted something to eat...
Man, it's been ages since I've wanted to cry in a grocery store but omg I wanted to do just that today. Nothing like walking down an aisle of pasta or bread and there's not a single type there you can eat.
