My coworker told me today that I can sell my eggs, for $8000 per egg, at the doctor's office! I guess another coworker has done it a few times. She told me you have to be very healthy. What is your opinion on this? Because gosh darn college is expensive and I could definitely use that kind of money!

That would definitely be a good idea, if it’s true. But usually, egg cells are donated, just like other cells and tissue, with reimbursement most likely only being for medical costs you may incur from donating them, or if a problem happens.

There’s no harm in asking, but make sure you’re asking at a legitimate clinic or hospital.
