Chibi versions of Cell and Tiara (OC). They both know each other and have a love relationship in my fanfic "Forbidden Love" (only in Spanish), which you can find on my Fanfiction.net and Wattpad pages with the same username.
We can see to Tiara smiling maliciously and touching the left pectoral of Cell, while with her other hand she holds his head and both look very blushed. The golden feather in Cell's head is related to something that is going to happen in the second part of that story (which I have not yet published due to lack of time), but I will not do spoilers.
