So a saw a few of those beast people in Cellsvich last time I was there. I knew Kysei was using them as labourers before now but I never expected to see one in a civilized area as something other than a worker. Some of them wore clothes like normal people about half did not have it fully worked though. But they seemed to be free and independent citizens when did that happen? I mean I think I had a Lupine Gardener for a few weeks and I do not doubt they can do work but I am not under the impression they are fully civilized and I would never want to go to Egywn. I mean the domesticated ones are fine, but I would hardly want to run into the real thing. I heard their witch doctors have some neat magic though. But someone else can study it to extract the actual worthwhile bit from the superstitious nonsense. Besides have you seen how tacky Shrunken heads are?
