6.84 PATCH LIVE! COMPENDIUM HYPE AND SOME THOUGHTS

This is my longest streak so far. Two days of intense Dota 2 (because #patch). I went 13-2 which is really good.

I like this patch. I still think Sniper is playable  New items are awesome. Not really interested in the mango though. Hmm what else. Slark is still annoying. I like the bounty distribution. I don’t like the lesser bounty on jungling though. I noticed my slight delay on getting a dagger on SK one game. All I did was stack and farm efficiently but it still got delayed but only slightly. It’s fine. I like the WARDS BEING STACKABLE. Kreygasm. The glimmer cape is okay. But I’m not really sure (?). I mean I won most of my games so I had a ton of money and didn’t really felt that I needed to be serious in my item choices. Hahahaha. That carry item though -the one that gives invisibility. I find it very cost-effective. I don’t like the longer cd on TPs. Holy shit the Wraith King aghs ult is OP as fuck!!!! Okay maybe I’m over-reacting but it’s a pretty good pick up.

Compendium. A nice luxury pick up if you can afford it. But I don’t have a source of income so I’m not really sure I’ll get one this year. Any donations? Hahahaha. I have finals this month so I really do think I won’t get my money’s worth if I picked it up right now. I won’t be able to vote, etc.

I’m still fucking dazed as fuck because I just woke up and lack a ton of sleep. Maybe I’ll make a clearer review later. Don’t count on it though because I won’t. Lol. Joke’s on you guys.

Another Update. I’m on a roll! And some 6.84 Dota?

I was back-reading some of my posts on here and I’ve come to realize that we’ve gone a long way. Hahahaha. God I was so bad at Dota. I still am. Goes to show that there is always someone out there better than you. It’s much like the largest prime number. When you think you’ve found the largest prime number in history, there will always be something bigger. Yeah sorry I got all math on you guys. I’m taking ComSci 56 - Discrete Mathematics this sem. It’s a great course. Even greater because we have one of the smartest professors I have ever encountered. Very bright teacher!

Anyway, Starladder was great. I was happy IG got in the grand finals. Secret’s early exit from the tournament was a shocker but Alliance performed really well so you can’t really say Secret’s performance was bad(?). VG still good. Fy Fenrir too OpieOP. Hao’s PL though. They may have lost that game but holy shiz it wasn’t easy to win against them.

I am really excited for the new patch. It means new meta before RedBull E-Sports! And TI5! Hype is real. My guess is that troll will have a slight nerf? Also Phoenix although I’m not sure why. I’d like to see some supports getting buffed. No harm there ;) Also, some kill gold distribution nerf or buff? I don’t know. It’s hard to say since I haven’t been playing a lot of dota for the past 9 months. Shocking I know! And no, I didn’t not get myself impregnated. I still watch a lot of pro matches so I’m still up-to-date with all the Sniper and Troll picks. Heh.

quick update

I just decided I won’t attend my only class for today. I’ll spend my three hours working on our major machine problem. It is kinda tricky and I really hope I manage to finish this by the end of the day. I don’t have time to work on it tomorrow since I have a full schedule. TF sucks! And deadline’s on 5:30pm tomorrow. God I’m slightly panicking. I also have a big exam on Wednesday. Basically if I finish this mp, I won’t have to worry so much about the exam (same topic).

I didn’t work on this last weekend because Starladder 12 was happening hahahahaha and I was watching a hearthstone tournament too. Dammit. I also got drunk with hs friends. We did some catching up. It was great. I can say the weekend was spent well. Yolo

I’m going to grab some fastfood just outside of where I live and then work. GLHF!

Gone for almost half a year

Hello my fellow tumblr users! Celrose here.

I haven’t been using tumblr for a while because my netbook gave up on me. It isn’t being used much anymore since it’s really slow and I can barely play any videos on it.  Basically it’s old. Sad boyz. I’m currently using my dad’s laptop. He lent it to me so I could do my school works and machine problems. Thanks dad, u da real mvp!

Quick summary since my absence:

I shifted courses, although I think I’ve already written about it here. hah.

Uhh, I haven’t been playing Dota 2 often because of school. Maybe three games a month or if school isn’t busy I could play during the weekends? But that’s not important. Hah. I still follow the pro-scene so I’m not really outdated, just inactive. :) Hearthstone is my new interest. Hehehe. I play it often. I enjoy the game. It’s fun, it’s entertaining and at the same time frustrating. RNJebus is mostly on my side and amaz is my favorite homosexual on the internet (did I do that right?).That guy’s deck is insane! I watch HS tournaments too so I also know what’s going on there although I’m not that good at HS. Battle.net tag is celrose#1863. Don’t hesitate to add me! I don’t have any friends there to play with.

Boyfriend and I are still together, of course. Still really fucking in love with that guy, jfc. Hahahaha. And no, I won’t elaborate. I know most of you are probably gagging over my head-over-heels-in-love-with-him posts. I’ll save y’all the mushy details. Heh. *whispers* we celebrated our first anniversary last month

started playing Heartstone last week thanks to boyfriend's fondness of card games. Hahaha. I like this game. wayyyy easier than Magic although I never really tried to learn Magic in the first place. But this game's good if you're new to the genre. And it's free! :D
