Various assorted doodles of the (soon to be renamed) antagonist Raziel. I love drawing him suffering cuz I’m a cruel god. He’s feeding, getting rejected by a girl, going insane, and starving. Angels start looking pretty droopy and creepy when they go without feeding for a while.

Be’tarra is offended by very few things, and Cemil’s questions about varying forms of alien life (however offensive they may be) isn’t one of them. After all, he’s from a planet with very little contact. This is one of the times she asks about four-armed aliens in their movies. She can’t blame Cemil for relating the truth; it helps him learn about what is and isn’t okay, anyhow.

‘’Bu burçlar falan var ya astroloji yani, prensip olarak çok saçma bir defa. İnsanın kişiliğini doğum tarihinden anlayamazsın. Hele geleceğini tahmin etmek, doğum tarihiyle olacak şey değil o. O nasıl olur ancak biliyor musun? Doğum yeriyle. İnsanın geleceğini de kişiliğini de doğum yeri belirler. Esasında bu burçları doğum yerine göre ayarlamaları lazım.

Bak, insanın doğum yerine göre kehanette bulunsalar mesela onu anlarım. Sonuçta Trablus'ta, Peşaver'de ya da Angola'nın herhangi bir köyünde doğmuş bir çocuğun hayatının neye benzeyeceğini tahmin etmek zor değil. Eh... Toronto'da, Oslo'da, Tokyo'da doğmuş da az buçuk ne olacağı belli. Bizim Anadolu insanı bunu bilir mesela. Onun için de yeni tanıştığı bir kişiye "Burcun ne?" diye sormaz. "Memleket nere?" diye sorar.

Bir de yükselen burç meselesi var. O da vatandaşlık oluyor, yani hangi ülkenin vatandaşı olduğu. O da önemli. Suriye'de doğmuş bir Suriyeliyle Suriye'de doğmuş bir Fransızın kaderi aynı olmuyor tabi. Burcum Halep ama yükselenim Fransız. O zaman iş değişiyor tabi. Ya da burcum Kongo yükselenim Belçika. Durum farklı. İşte benim burcum da Kambura. Benim kaderim de Kambura. Ben eğer bugün buralara geldiysem, sırf Kambura'da doğduğum içindir.’’

Absolutely adores her

Thinks the doppelganger is like the cute version of Mahmut

She will give the girl lots of clothes to try on

Kind of just treats her as a second Mahmut that will actually open up to her lol

Zaganos

Is now scarred after seeing her lolol

Kind of just doesn’t like because he’s like “oh god now there’s two of them”

In favor of the body double idea, she could be Mahmut’s replacement if there’s ever a danger of assassination

Like a lot of the others, doesn’t quite believe that Mahmut hasn’t been hiding his twin all this time

I’m not sure he knows enough about Mahmut to care

I just feel like only people close to Mahmut would properly react you know

He would probably start calling her Mahmut’s sister though

Questions it multiple times that they aren’t actually related

Definitely doesn’t care

I mean he certainly thinks it’s strange that they have such similar features but he doesn’t know Mahmut well enough

Probably suspicious and doesn’t quite believe that they aren’t related

Just doesn’t really push it though, he thinks it’s interesting but not much else
