Eclipse the cyborg centaur is a Comtois draft horse with a bay coat. Being the biggest oldest horse he takes on the role of protector over his little herd of four three.

How would the boys react if a female Centaur was giving birth but wasn't in the herd and was completely alone?

Also, what do they do to relax?

The boys have stumbled upon lone birthing females a few times, actually. (Most have joined their herd, but they don't force them to. But they will offer them help if they want it.

Sun likes to take a nap, sing, make flower necklaces, or braid other centaurs hair to relax.

Watching the herd and knowing that the herd is safe helps Eclipse relax, so he'll sit or lay down if he has the chance while he does so.

It's very hard for Moon to relax, as he's constantly on the look out for threats. He's a very light sleeper, so even sleeping isn't always relaxing for him. Having his hair messed with or braided can help him relax.

So my brain has decided that the new hyperfixation is centaurs and pairing that with my fnaf/SAMS hyperfixation created this, using this as a reference:

So ya know how horses will back up their behind to another horse and just kick at the other horse for whatever reason? Yeah, my friend and I were talking and we decided that centaur Bloodmoon would 💯 do that just to piss off Eclipse (I also called centaur Bloodmoon a “biblically accurate unicorn” since if I remember correctly original versions of unicorns were carnivorous).

Bloodmoon’s design is loosely based off a red roan appaloosa and Eclipse’s design is based off a seal bay.

Origin story for centaur Eclipse is funnier than most of our bois; he got into an argument over the star with Moon and was transformed into a a half horse freak when Moon called him a horse's ass while holding the star.

The two munchkins on his back are a couple other chips from the Doritoverse, Prince and Yeehaw.

Lore drop 4?

Ruin the Cyborg Centaur was the very first. (I know I said it was Moon but that was before Ruin was added to the story)

He was a sickly dappled gray horse. Bought by the Fazbear labritories as their very first of many experiments in the pursuit of immortality via cyborg creation.

Unfortunately he wasn't perfect and his conditions worsened. The physical and mental trauma of being experimented on, poked and proded, decapitated and turned into a cyborg centaur made everything worse instead of better.

And so he was discarded left in a large cage like room to whither and waste away, fed the occasional scrap of food by some of the scientist who still had a shred of empathy left for the creature they had created.

It was only a month after when Moon arrived. After making Moon a cyborg, they put him in the same cage as Ruin. Moon shared his meals with Ruin, He gained some strength but not much.

Sun later joined them and the three bonded over their shared trauma. It was the three of them against the world.

Unfortunately a sickly, abused, underfed horse, cyborg or not can't last too long in those conditions.

He unfortunately didn't wake up one morning. You can imagine how Moon and even Sun felt when he died.

It was only 2 months after that Eclipse was brought in. He never met Ruin but Sun and Moon would share stories. It really helped them to talk about him, it felt like they were still keeping his memory alive, like he would never really leave if they just never forgot him.

But yeah, horses are only measured to their withers (shoulders) and in hands (hh) so that's how I measured them.

Eclipse is a draft horse, so very stocky and tall at 17 hands or 172.72cm or 5'6. but with his robot torso that makes him 270cm or 8'10.

Sun is 15 hands or 152cm or 5' and his full hight is 246cm or 8'. Which is average for an american quarter mare.

Moon is 14 hands or 142cm or 4'6 and his full hight is 225cm or 7'4. A little short for a Male Appoloosa.

I do have a question, I am curious to know, since sun is a mare, or, has a mare body, is it their gender she or he?

Also curious to know if all of them (sun, moon and eclipse) are in a relationship (or will be in the future)

So Sun doesn't actually know he's a mare, partly because of the brain damage and partly because of the programming.

So the thing is the code they used is the same code as Moon who was a stallion (now gelding) and they couldn't be bothered changing the programme to female, so never messed with the elements of the code that make them identify as male. They wouldn't have had to do much as their isn't much of a difference but they just couldn't be asked. The project was more about the electronics and they had enough trouble essentially bringing him back to life it was just not a priority.

So Sun believes he's a gelding too, and his robot half is male so he goes by he/him, and they/them but never she/her even after he finds out. He just isn't her anymore, he's not Sunny the racing mare anymore. He's Sun the Cyborg Centaur.

As for their relationships... there is nothing romantic between the three of them (They are all castrated...). But they are not brothers nor lovers in this au. They are simply a herd, that is the extent of their relationship. They look out for eachother, they're more then freinds but not romanticly.
