So I'm back, figured I'd make up for my absence (if ya missed me at all) by showing y'all Amaryllis' Concert Outfit!!! Because of the fact I use them in my lyrics, I decided to give them outfits for performances because I'm a nerd.

I glanced over at Lavender, who was sitting silently on a snowbank. I looked back to Artero, who was watching her with curiosity showing in her eyes.

“Stay alive, pal,” I said quietly, smiling.

He opened his mouth to respond when, suddenly, Lav was sprinting towards us with something in her hands.

“I caught it!” she yelled to us.

I scooped her up. “Oh, yeah? Got what, exactly?”

She giggled, and opened her hands to reveal a small bunny.

The bunny was as white as the snow, with big black eyes. It was shivering.

“Lav, where’s it’s mommy and daddy?” Art asked.

She shook her head. “Nuh - uh.” She grinned back up at us. “Can I keep it?”

She cuddled the bunny to her face as Artero and I looked at each other.

“Chryssa won’t… you know, right?” he asked quietly.

I shook my head, laughing slightly. “No, she won’t.” I took the bunny from Lav, and looked at it.

“What do you want to name it?” I asked Lavender.

She thought for a while. 

“I say we name it Thumper,” Art said, grinning.

Lav shook her head, and I gave him a sideways glance.

“You want to name him after the rabbit in ‘Bambi’?”

Artero shrugged. “It’s the first thing that came to mind.”

“Snowball,” Lavender said.

I scooped her up and handed her Snowball. “That’s a good name,” I said.

Artero and I spread our wings. 

“I thought Snowball was a snowball when I saw Snowball, because Snowball was curled up like a snowball!” Lavender said.

Artero laughed. “Well, then, the name fits.”

We flew home after that, not hearing the cries of things in the night.
