so before we gorge ourselves with fowl (this year, peking duck), my family usually go hard on beef the day before. we could not find a good vn seven-course beef restaurant in the dmv area so we went to honest grill in centerville. the owners of this fine korean bbq establishment are proud of the meats they serve and methinks rightfully so. we did not go all the way high-end (no wagyu or dry age) but thought their “standard” meat was tender (with the right amount of chew) and flavorful and juicy.
