radical centrist is an ideology who has lived for a long time and eventually comes across a young kid, who is greg, and grows attached which is sorta taboo (immortals cannot form any bond with a mortal since a mortal's life is so short) but he does it anyway because "ue ueueee baby brother"
he looks after greg and as a side-effect from being around an ideology at close proximity. esp at a young age. it makes him more susceptible to supernatural ideological forces like the wandering extremist spirits they talked about and never said again (doesnt help how he's blood connected to one of them either so). not a single soul knows that radcen is taking care of greg as he abstains from telling anyone since its a taboo
then greg gets possessed then turns into jreg then radcen, an ideology who has no proper way or knowledge of how to express concern over a fragile life of a human, loses his mind because he's just like "aw man my baby bro got possessed. time to become powerful with him so we never separate or get hurt again" or something but it just grows into something more wicked despite the core motive being something genuinely meaningful
