After posting the first Oneshot inspired by Toms commercial that nearly killed us all I got another request from @disneyoncerlover815 to do another version of it.  I might have went a bit overboard...I hope you don´t mind ;)

 Living The Dream...

Tom had been back since yesterday evening after a tiring leg of filming. You knew that the first days after getting home were a bit tricky for him. Especially when he had worked in a different time zone. So, you were not overly surprised when you woke up to an empty bed next to you. It was still very dark and the clock told you that it was 2 in the morning. Sometimes you thought it was strange that you slept through when Tom was not home but woke up when he was and had left the bed in strange hours of the night.

 Tom was no different, the both of you seemed to have some kind of connection that went into alarm mode when the other half of your heart was not as nearby as you´d like. Sitting up in bed you stretched a little and saw Bobby lift his head from his bed in his favourite corner of the room.

“Go back to sleep Bobby, I´ll just take a look where Tom is”  

Bobby huffed as if he wanted to say -Silly humans, don´t wake me up when you go wander around the house in the middle of the night-

Grabbing Toms discarded T shirt you put it on, not because you were uncomfortable to walk around the house totally naked but you had made a habit of stealing his shirts when he was home. Tom didn´t mind, actually he was quite happy that you liked to be engulfed by his scent and liked to have him near, even if it only was his shirt that hugged you now.

 Slowly walking down the stairs you strain your ears to listen where Tom might be and hear a soft thud of a cabinet being closed in the kitchen. Smiling a little you continued forward and where thankful for the build in night lights at the staircase and the soft glow coming out of the kitchen. You weren’t in any need to turn on the big lights that way.  Slowly coming around the corner, you had to stifle a laugh.

 Tom was sitting on the countertop, only in his boxers, ankles crossed. The only other item on him were his glasses. His hair was tousled and curly. In his hands was a bowl with his favourite cereal. He was quietly munching away and hadn´t noticed you leaning in the doorframe.

“Well…” You said softly, Toms head snapped up and he almost lost the grip on the bowl.

“…This doesn´t look exactly right to me!”

 Another spoon full of cereal halfway to his mouth stopped and a puzzled look build on his handsome face for a second. “Oh, sorry love…I shouldn´t sit on the countertop?!” He asked unsure but grinned with his boyish charm. You laughed a little and shook your head.

“Nope…” Tom frowned.

“You want me to share MY cereal?” He tried again but you shook your head another time.

 “No, eat away…but I must say, I thought I would wake up to find you in a suit, with a fitted shirt and an apron fixing my breakfast!”

 Tom blushed and set down the bowl “You saw the commercial already?!”

You grinned “perks of the internet being fast and your dedicated army of fans spreading it with the speed of lightning” Tom laughed out loud at that and ruffled his hair.

“Eheheh…well…” He jumped down from the counter.

“You know you probably have caused some casualties with that ad!?”

 Tom grinned and held out his hand to you. You walked over and let him take you into a sweet embrace. “I purely had good intentions with it…and I do hope they take their vitamins now!”

He kissed your forehead. “So, I did disappoint you just now? Not prepping breakfast at 2 in the morning, in a suit, with a fitted shirt and an apron?”  

 Laughingly you stole a kiss from this silly human that held your heart.

“No, I quite like finding you in a heavenly state of undress and tousled hair sitting in our kitchen!”

Tom looked at you with an arched brow and said in his ad voice.

“ON our kitchen and….You look great! Even with your bedhair!”

“Hey!” you laughed and looked pointedly at his own very tousled curls. Tom just grinned and kissed you slowly and kept you close throughout as he walked you to the table and lifted you to sit on it.”

 His hands opened your legs before they glided upward and he stepped into the space he had created.

“I was a bit busy for the last weeks…” he twisted the words from the ad between kisses he PEPPERED ONTOP of your lips. “But…erm…I will make it up to you….NOW…I promised!” His voice dropped with every word and he had you ready and wanting after saying that. And by the mischievous grin on his face he knew it!

 Like in the ad, your hands lifted to straighten his collar, only that you could stroke his skin instead.

Mhhmmm you liked that better! Tom chuckled and looked at you with his beautiful eyes and snapped forward to bite your lower lip while his hands found their way under the shirt and guided it upwards. Your arms lifted and he only stopped the kiss to strip the shirt over your head. Finding your lips again the moment they reappeared. One arm of his came around you and guided you to the edge of the table as his other hand took a hold of your breast to squeeze it slightly. Gasping softly, you stroked down his muscled back and shoved his boxers down a bit to free his firm behind.

 “nah ah darling!” he chastised a little and stepped back. Taking you in in all your naked glory. He took two chairs for you to set your feet on to sit a bit more comfortable. The gleam in his eyes promised something wicked coming up! And as he kneeled down and looked up with his head between your thigs you gasped and Tom just chuckled darkly. “Lean back love, I am here to make good on my promise!”

 And then he DID. JUST. THAT.

He went to town and sent you to heaven! He knew how to get you off with his talented tongue in no time and you were a panting, whimpering mess within minutes.

Toms tongue swirled around the little bud of nerves and pressed against it a second before dipping into your heated core only to repeat everything again, pressing in harder this time.

“TOM!” you panted as you came apart and held onto the edge of the table.

Tom hummed in pleasure but those vibrations set of another wave of lust and you collapsed onto your back, not able to sit up any longer with all your muscles tensing in your core.

 You felt cool air greet your heated core for a second before fabric rustled and you felt his wet tip grazing your soaked folds. “Ready for me darling?” Tom asked hoarse and helped you to sit up again.

His eyes dilated and darkened told you that he was as aroused as you were.

“Oh yes..” you gasped and looked into his eyes as he began to push in.  

His lips crashed onto yours in a heated, passionate kiss while his hips found a mind shattering rhythm that had the both of you panting out breaths in no time.

 Tom held you with one hand at your hips and one at your lower back. He guided you even more to the edge of the table as his thrusts got faster and harder, chasing the sweet release he had craved for weeks while being away. Breaking the kiss to take a deep breath, he rested his forehead on yours and looked into your eyes. “I love you!” You mouthed and that sent him over as he crashed his hips against your thighs in a last deep thrust that made you cum again too. He moaned and clenched his jaw as his head fell back and his muscles tensed in his upper body for you to admire. You could feel his lust pulsing into you in hot waves as he gasped in another breath.

 “Darling…” he said as he had gotten enough air into his lungs to speak again. “..I love you too!”

He grinned and stole another kiss, this one softer and slower than all before.

Tom engulfed you in his arms and hoisted you up. You were still entwined and he carried you with gasps at every step he took to the shower you had in the bathroom downstairs.

 Later in bed again you cuddled up to his naked form next to you and said

“The commercial was great, but having THIS with you is even better. Waking up to find you in your boxers in our kitchen is MY personal favourite ad of our lives together!”

Tom chuckled and kissed you. “You never know whom you´ll find…maybe one day Loki is there to prep breakfast for you!” He teased, knowing how much you loved that particular character he played.

 “Are you telling me that we´ll roleplay in the kitchen?”

Tom grinned and nodded. “Maybe…”

“You need to film more ads like that if you get ideas like this afterwards!”

 The both of you laughed and went to catch some more hours of sleep as long as it was still dark outside. Totally knackered you slept in till noon, only to get woken by a sloppy kiss…

You opened your eyes to find Bobby on his front paws on the bed looking at you.

“Oh Bobby…you should not do that!” But you cuddled him. Tom was already up again it seemed.

After washing and dressing casually you went downstairs.

 Rounding the corner, you stopped dead in your tracks.

 “Heeeey…” a dark voice begun. “Morning…”

Still frozen to the spot you took in the sight before you.

“I finished my duties for the realm early…so I thought I´d pop back and make you lunch.”

Before you stood Loki, black haired, in his leather and in all his royal glory.

 Oh, this was so much better than the commercial….

I get if some people dont like Tom's centrum commercial.

But for heavens sake stop saying his career is over. Its bs and plain ignorance to think that his career is shot just because he made a vitamin commercial which wasn't even offensive. I've seen actors star in some shitty misogynistic, stereotypical ads and no one bats an eye. Like seriously people need to lighten up a little. People in Hollywood need to freaking chill!

I watched the Centrum ad some days ago and I thought it’s cute and it’s going to make lots of fans happy. Then I moved on. I came back to my dash to see a whole discourse going on about the ad being  “creepy” and “cringe worthy” and I was like how exactly people managed to find that creepy? There was also a case of cyber bullying which made me go on a blocking spree, but before I block those people I read their points and I’m just...baffled.

First, let’s talk about the target market. There are different types of segmentation in marketing including geographic and demographic. So unless you’re a Chinese woman, the ad is not targeted at you. It’s not made for you and your idea of it is irrelevant to its purpose. Considering it’s very well received for its targeted audience then it was a success. And no, Tom didn’t have to make an international ad so everyone could enjoy it. He doesn’t owe anyone anything. This argument is basically saying why they didn’t make an ad to fulfill my own version of self-insert fanfiction! The ad is a self-insert fanfiction and it is cheesy but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. And I’m saying this as an Asian who doesn’t exactly like cheesy romances. What you see in the ad to many Asian cultures is not creepy, awkward, or being a fake gentleman. It’s perfectly romantic and shows how much a man cares for and love a woman.

Tom’s acting wasn’t good? Well what did you expect? A Shakespearean performance for an ad? It’s an ad. Not a theatrical masterpiece and it doesn’t need such a performance and Tom certainly doesn’t have to put so much effort for acting it.

And no. It’s not going to ruin his career. What matters for his carrier is how he acts in things that matter like all the reviews praising him for his outstanding performance in Betrayal. What ad he chooses to star in or who he is dating doesn’t ruin his career. He didn’t do anything wrong or didn’t hurt anyone by acting in the ad. But he was the target of cruel bullying by media and people in the recent years. He was criticized unfairly for every unimportant and private matter in his life. And people wonder why he looks more reserved these days. They shamed him for his impressions, who he chose to date, his cloths and looks, and for who he was, a kind and honest person who says what’s in his heart. There’s a saying in my language: “With friends like this, they don’t need an enemy”. And it really applies to this situation. With these so-called fans, Tom doesn’t need an enemy.

Today more than ever, it seems many people in the western world, and especially in his homeland, are still not ready. Shame on them.

So am I like one of the only Hiddleston fans that LOVES the ad but acknowledges (when I decide to stop squealing into my pillows) that it’s bloody awkward? 

Because he’s darling and it was a fanfic-to-life but it’s awkward; he’s awkward. He’s six foot two inches of adorable awkward with fluffy orange lion-mane in that ad. We all need to acknowledge that it was awkward. Cute, and considerate, but. . . um. . .

Yeah. It was awkward and edging on somewhat nervous/anxious.

It has nothing to do with Western culture or whatever or anything. If it was an American ad it would still be awkward. If it was a British ad it would be awkward. If it was a German ad it would be awkward. There’s no country that would un-awkwardize it. It’s just like that. Also (to my knowledge) he’s never addressed the camera as if it were a person he’s suggestively intimate with. So that’s a whole new level of awkward because he has to try to legitimately “make love to the camera”.

BUT IT IS STILL ADORABLE. 

I just think we all need to acknowledge and admit to ourselves that it was rather [endearingly] awkward.
