Centrum® MultiGummies® for Women
Over the years, I have tried various different kinds of Multivitamins.
Time and time again, I would reach for the gummy or candy version in vitamin form. Only because I have a huge SWEET TOOTH! So, for me they are easier to take.
With that being said,you have to be careful when selecting a gummy versions of vitamins because they can be loaded with sugar and can cause more harm than good.
However, these Centrum® MultiGummies® for Women only have 2g of sugar and the percentage of Vitamins such as A, C, D, E, B and E are comparable to other multivitamins on the market.
Here is what I like most about these particular vitamins:
-I got to try them for free in exchange for my opinion via Smiley 360
- There are 3 delicious flavors packed into just one bottle! Berry, Cherry & Orange. If I had to chose one of these flavors as my favorite, I would definitely chose berry. To me it tastes the best!
- They are gluten free, which is beneficial to not only the people who have a gluten allergy, but it is also beneficial for those of us who have a sensitive stomach!
- Higher percentage of D3 is said to be helpful with supporting our metabolism, immune system and energy. Who wouldn’t be down with that!? LOL.
-Contains Biotin, which is known to help with growing healthy nails.
All in all, these Centrum® MultiGummies® for Women appear to be a well rounded vitamin according to the information provided on the nutrition label.
Personally, I’ve enjoyed my free sample by tasting a different flavor each morning (I like to store my bottle next to my coffee maker or next to my computer...that way I will remember to take them!).
I would recommend this product to others and purchase these vitamins again in the future, if I chose to go a gummy route, cause lets face it...I like to change things up every once in awhile.
