'The cash cows' must be fed properly so they keep producing 'milk'. You must not neglect what is working in an attempt to chase a potential. You will end up losing both. This goes to your staff too, reward productivity. If the Goose lays golden eggs it deserves a golden reward. You can't give everyone the same reward since their productivity is on different levels.
