P R E P. It’s 1 week until my private view for the @ceopenstudios !! ONE WEEK 😬 There has been a lot of planning happening and mostly admin, making/sending invites, preparing wall labels, ordering booze, prepping unframed works on paper, taking work to the framers etc etc but I have neglected to keep painting!! S I G N E D This has to be one of my favoured things to do, signing my artwork! It means I finished a piece but it also means it’s ready for a new home! There’s nothing more satisfying as an artist to sell a piece of work that you’ve spent a really long, often solitary time with. The Divide is going to be on show at the @ceopenstudios on 25/26 September 12-6pm. It will be for sale alongside many other pieces all at varying price ranges and sizes. I have paintings starting at £50 and I never make prints or reproduce work so you’ll be safe in the knowledge that if you buy a painting from me, no one else will ever own the same one! If you’re interested in any specific painting prior to the open studio you can always DM me with questions/queries. I M. B A C K Oh haaaay….I know I know, it’s been a while. I’m back in the room everyone! If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been (maybe you’ve not noticed but pretend you did) I’ve been painting painting painting to get as much work ready for the @ceopenstudios art trail at the end of September. Today I finally got all my work to my brilliant framer Mr Daniel Gibson. He’s technically on holiday so thank you so much for taking in my work. I’m going to publicly apologise to him for giving him over 15 paintings to frame while he’s on holiday…soz 😬 I am thrilled with this painting ‘The Divide’ and can’t wait to see it framed and show you all at the Open Studio.
