now that dispatch has wrapped up, for such a gamble of a game— being a brand new IP from a new indie developer— i'm so impressed by everything it has done and presented.
it seems like a near perfect game, and my only silly nitpick is that i wish the company could only know how much it would grow and mean to people. as a result, maybe then they could've made it longer and had the resources to make it a slower burn with the found family dynamic and the relationships from that. eight episodes with the z-team has just left a huge dispatch shaped hole in my heart.
i really, really loved the writing and presentation of this game.
