Been a while since I uploaded a new Scream Fortress team member so here is Cephateri Based on the Scout cosmetic's Sprinting Cephalopod , Bacteria Blocker and Fuel Injector

Race:  Mutated Siren (Cephascout) Info: A creation of Dr. Second Opinion, to be a 'Superior Scout' as their was 'performance' issue with the other scream fortress scouts on missions (There are other SF scouts I just haven't  finished there designs yet). -- I'll have to update this later ---
