This has been a #cereal mystery for a while now, and new collectors need to be cautioned. PS I had this info verified by the famous Dan Goodsell and Gregg Koening, two prominent longtime cereal premium and box collectors. Okay..the two at the top are genuine #monstercereal erasers from 1973. Notice how the material is kind of Nubby like the old time pencil erasers. Also notice the muted colors. Lastly, for this Booberry one notice how he has NO side pieces, he has NO buttons, and he does not have buggy\bulging eyes like the lower ones. He correctly matches the box panel on the upper right. Now, for the ones on the bottom...the lower left and lower right are thought to be possibly vintage, but rather gumball machine prizes and NOT cereal premiums. The lower middle one is pending. This info. is still being researched. Now, there are even 90s remakes of the bubble gum ones on the bottom and they are usually really bright colored, very glossy, and often have pieces still clung to the lower bottoms because they were cheaply made and just torn without trimming the excess. Those are a dime a dozen so do NOT be fooled! Hope this helps! #booberry #countchocula #frankenberry #cerealpremium #cerealpremiums #monstercereals #vintagecereal #advertising #halloween #vintagetoys #toycollector #toycommunity
