I had the pleasure of creating this video as a summary of the training and work of my Army National Guard unit, the 147th Brigade Support Battalion. As you can tell, they are seriously badass. It's a real pleasure to train both for combat abroad and civil support at home, and this has got to be one of the most fun and meaningful missions within the latter.
Also, only the Uncle Sam can put an acronym (CBRNE) inside and acronym (CERFP):
On order, Colorado CERFP responds to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high yield explosive (CBRNE) incident or natural disaster and assists local, state, and federal agencies in conducting consequence management by providing capabilities to conduct patient decontamination, emergency medical services, and casualty search and extraction.
Colorado CERFP includes soldiers from the 147th Brigade Support Battalion and Airmen from the 140th Medical Group. You can find more information on Operation: Vigilant Guard here - http://co.ng.mil/News/Pages/130723-vgcerfp.aspx
