what is the cross design that covers tiefling ceru’s belly button?
Hi! Tieflings in BG3 have a cross where their belly buttons are.
For my tiefling, Sohla, I draw that cross but just make it larger since she's chubby.

I have a potentially stupid question. I don't really know who to ask, and I really really admire your art, so I hope it's okay I asked you.
How do you know when you're good enough for commissions? I do digital but of course I always feel like I'm terrible at it, but I'm currently desperate for some source of income so I've been thinking about it more. Is there some moment when you know you're good enough for it?
There is never a magical moment where you'll feel "good enough" for commissions. If you want to do commissions, do them! Set up an info sheet with what you offer and how much you're charging, and promote it! SHARE IT. Join discord servers, share it on social.
If you wait until the "right time", you'll never do it. There is always something to learn and improve on. "I want to get better at drawing faces, I want to learn to paint better, etc". You'll always be improving. That's the life of an artist.
So that's why I say, in the words of Shia LaBeouf,
JUST DO IT.
