And i get that. Your body needs some carbs to function, but if you can rely more on lipids it's generally better But these two people think cutting carbs will inherently make them lose weight. They literally said that mayonnaise isn't bad because it has zero carbs. And they can eat as much bacon as they want because no carbs. Like....That isn't how any diet works. I could (temporarily) eat nothing but Oreo cookies and still lose weight if I expended more calories than I ate. That fact is not computing for these two. They think cutting carbs is some magic switch that will make them lose weight and they tried to get all high and mighty on me when I pointed out that mayonnaise might not be the best food choice on a diet
