minirod fuckin. this was going to be part of a larger story but i . got lazy

minimus’s spike is relatively average in size—which is to say it’s quite large for a mech of his stature—and rodimus has definitely taken much larger. pit, he regularly takes much larger because he frags minimus in and out of the armor in equal amounts.

but rodimus can feel the difference in how minimus frags him compared to how magnus does. because even when magnus gets rough, (well. rough by ultra magnus’s standards.) he’s still so very careful with rodimus’s person. which, for all that rodimus might occasionally fantasize about magnus literally breaking his array, rodimus does appreciate.

minimus, however… he’s still careful in the sense that he exhibits care, but he doesn’t have to worry so much about his spike denting rodimus’s internals. so, every now and again, rodimus can convince his second to let loose on him and give him the treatment he so desires.
