I just realized that if I buy a Cessna 150 and then replace the original engine with a jet engine and then after that buy a handgun of any kind and mount it on my newly acquired Cessna 150 and wire it to shoot when a press a button on the controls then I may effectively have an attack jet and I love this

The hubby and I went out flying today! It was warm today, but windy AF. Ground speed in a Cessna 150: 125 KTS on the way to Paducah, KY (KPAH). That’s like putting a ROCKET on her, thanks to the tailwind. Also got to mash the rudder into the floor for crosswind technique. Not gonna lie, pucker factor at a solid 10 on final Rwy 22 at KPAH. 30 degree crosswind with max gusts at 22 knots. Onward to Cape Girardeau (KCGI), and then back to KPOF. Ground speed: 70 KTS. 🤣

I gave Scotty one of his first intro flights years ago in a C-210 Centurion. It was a last minute ferry flight from Northern Ohio to the panhandle of Florida. We’ve been friends for a long time and between myself and Eric, we have been pushing him to go get his private. Today, he finally got to solo and did great achieving a historic milestone in an aviators career. Though I didn’t get to do his training because of our geographic displacement, it is always an honor to see those you have help influence do great things in aviation.
