redesigned my pressure oc, Skipper!
he was apart of a pod of five dolphins that was captured by Urbanshade for use in experimentation. Skipper and the pod were kept in poor conditions and experimented on until the others eventually succumbed to the harsh treatment, leaving only Skipper behind. he was abandoned in the Blacksite and can usually be found pestering Sebastian and any expendables he may come across for fish.
he can move on land (of course) but needs to enter water regularly to keep his skin from drying out. he also has a very rudimentary voice synthesizer and can speak some, although he is not much more intelligent than the average dolphin. i’m not super into the lore of this game, i just like playing it, but i still thought it might be fun to design a character for :-)
