i guess its time to make an intro post:

hello! i’m Lupe. i’ve been here for a while now, but only recently have i started trying to use it in light of twitter potentially going down the drain.

im an artist who draws a variety of things, but generally its animals and people. for now i’ve just been reblogging things i find neat/funny, however i will be working towards uploading artwork here in the future. i also enjoy creative writing, video games, TV, and so on, so my blog will likely consist of rambles about those too.

i reblog nsfw jokes sometimes and that will be tagged with, of course, "#nsfw joke". there will be no actual nsfw on this page

redesigned my pressure oc, Skipper!

he was apart of a pod of five dolphins that was captured by Urbanshade for use in experimentation. Skipper and the pod were kept in poor conditions and experimented on until the others eventually succumbed to the harsh treatment, leaving only Skipper behind. he was abandoned in the Blacksite and can usually be found pestering Sebastian and any expendables he may come across for fish.

he can move on land (of course) but needs to enter water regularly to keep his skin from drying out. he also has a very rudimentary voice synthesizer and can speak some, although he is not much more intelligent than the average dolphin. i’m not super into the lore of this game, i just like playing it, but i still thought it might be fun to design a character for :-)

My extremely controversial gaming opinion is that they should allow you to obtain meat in stardew valley and while I understand that the vast majority of people might not want to play with it I also think somewhat that the absence of any such mechanics in a farming simulator is a sign of broader disconnection and alienation from where food comes from etc

i dont know why people are like ‘we need to bully people so they are more normal’ when if the internet has been anything its been a series of longitudinal studies showing that prolonged large scale bullying tends to lead people to becoming increasingly weird, paranoid, sometimes off-putting, traumatized, emotionally troubled, ethically disregulated, etc. even unethical modalities like behaviorism don’t focus exclusively or primarily on punishment. like people should literally just be honest and say they want more bullying because they like to do it and have fun hurting other people
