Rin had propped himself up out of the pool, his elbows leaning against the pavement, hoisting his upper body out of the water. A free hand tore off his goggles as his eyebrows furrowed at the person towering before him " Is there a reason for you to interrupt practice?"

             Pacing around the small dorm, Sousuke didn't know what to do              while he waited. He couldn't afford to lose his resolve, but as              time stretched on, it almost felt harder to breathe. Inhaling for              a few moments, he breathed through his nose with a loud              exhale. He needed to be calm, close himself up. Not like              he hadn't done that before. It was necessary, anyway, and              it was something he was familiar with. He'd been trying to              open up ever since he and Rin had gotten together, but              old habits died hard and it was part of his nature to be reserved.              He couldn't be Rin and wear his heart on his sleeve. 

             He was going to make Rin cry again. That was inevitable.              And right before they went off for the holidays, too. Bad timing              on Sousuke's part. He'd been avoiding this, avoiding Rin,              and he knew it was obvious. He'd make excuses that he was              just working more, which he had been, or that he was going              somewhere, but he knew that Rin had caught onto the fact              that Sousuke was purposely spending less time with him.              Maybe that'd make it easier when they were separated              for good. Rin left in two months. And it was better to create              the wound now and allow sometime for both of them to heal.              And with the break soon at hand, they'd get some time apart              that may be needed for both of them after this.

             Taking another breath, he decided to sit down at the edge of              Rin's bed, tapping his feet onto the hardwood floor. He both              wanted time to stop so that this could never happen and wanted              time to speed up so he could get this over with. He'd made up his              mind, thought it through, and come to a decision. 

             He and Rin needed to break up.

Well you've been my main Nagisa for pushing a year now (jfc where's the time gone?) but I've always thought you were one of the most consistent Nagisa's out there, you just understand him so so well with what we know of him and you have the best time playing up all sides of his personality and making him the loveable little shit we know he is and you'll forever be my absolute favorite Nagisa <3333
