It wasn't ALWAYS like this but lately I've been relishing in taking up space as far as my presence is concerned. I laugh loud and happily. I don't feel as uncomfortable with being in somewhere. I'm constantly aware of my existence (even if it freaks me out a lil' lmfao) and--iunno. It feels good but it took practice like every aspect of self care and growth.
