so as of now, cruising for chaos (working title, but i really like it so that might just be THE name frfr) is a super mario bros z-esque au where sonic and shadow end up in kirby's universe (specifically when/where kirby super star ultra takes place). the hedgehog duo end up there on behalf of shadow's mishap with teleporting the chaos emeralds, so now they have to find them before someone from kirby's world does. kirby is happy to help, though!

the (working) timeline goes:

spring breeze -> the great cave offensive -> dynablade -> revenge of meta knight -> revenge of the king -> milky way wishes

everything else abt it is just finer details :) i can't wait to make more content for it!!
