Sometimes scales are wrong. Especially at estimating body fat percentage. I've only been on this challenge for two weeks and those are my abs. I didn't sharpen them or make them more defined. I just changed the color so my "I just woke up and have to go to school face doesn't look so bad." I'm not sure if people with 30% body fat have abs like that.
