🖥️ This study aims to create a system that helps school administrators organize class timetables efficiently—avoiding the usual problems of overlapping schedules, teacher overload, and time conflicts. It evaluates how the automated system performs in terms of speed, accuracy, and ease of use versus traditional scheduling.
⌨️ It seeks to understand if the use of manual processes of scheduling is more efficient to use or is our system here to save the day! The research also looks into the common challenges the school head faces when processing the schedules, which often leads to errors, duplicated schedules, and uneven teacher workloads, therefore causing stress and wasted time during planning 😫. Analyzing these viewpoints, it is therefore essential to create a system that automates schedules, overlap-free schedules, streamline daily operations, and boost overall efficiency (Diallo and Tudose, 2024 & Bulawat, 2025). 🤓☝🏻
