I try to be open about these things because mental health awareness is so important! I’ve lost of how many times someone told me to just relax, or “sleep it off” etc. PSA: not good things to say to someone dealing with any form of mental health issues 🤦🏼♀️ . I just wanted you to know that you’re not alone. No matter what kind of day, week, month, year, life it is, you’re not alone.
