Real talk: Sometimes it takes a tribe to help you get through. I felt very physically ill Friday morning, coupled with a panic attack and almost nixed the competition I’d been spending months training for. My heartfelt thanks to my @xtwentyfour , who spent all day (on HIS birthday) helping me get back on my feet, and to this crew of wonderful coaches and friends whose guidance and cheers invigorated me to push on.
