Head was propped up on one hand while the other one was used to caress along Nick's heaving chest as they both were catching their breath. Eyes traveled up to the other's face to lock gazes as a noticable silence settled between them for a moment. "Was the sex that great?" Evan joked clumsily to cover up the insecurity which suddenly had taken a hold of him. One he couldn't even explain. Hearing such words from Nick shouldn't be so surprising, after all the four of them were not only together for a while now, but also were living together for almost just as long. Something the blond liked a lot and wouldn't want any other way. Yet here he was unable to stop himself from wondering what he had done to make Nick feel this way.

"Mhm," he hummed, indicating he had heard her as eyes slowly opened to gaze up. Evan hated to be sick, even if he was lucky enough to not get sick often. Yet when he did it tended to feel worse than it needed to be. Much like now, feeling like he had gotten run over by a train twice. Still he didn't want his girlfriend to cancel her plans because of him. He was comfortable in the large bed in the main bedroom, which had enough space for the four of them, and he'll most certainly be asleep the whole time anyway, therefore there was really no reason for her to stay home. "Have my phone right here." A little gesture made at the phone lying beside him. "And yes, I'll call you if I feel worse." He assured softly. "Now wipe that worried frown off your face." Hand lifted with the words, gently brushing the space between her eyebrows with his fingertips as he gave a little smile that was meant to be reassuring, but only reflected how tired and weak he felt.

He blinked at the spoken words before eyes lowered and he hummed softly. "It's not that exceptional." Typically for him to downplay not only his achievements, but also his strengths, because he didn't see it the way Juniper did. It's not like he had many options aside from pushing on. His own abilities, or curse as he liked to refer to them as, weren't going to go away. He had basically waited from them to do that since he turned eighteen and they first appeared. If anything they only had gotten worse, what kept challanging him on how to continue handling them.

"No...?" Eyes looked up at a ridiculous attempt to see what she was seeing without having a mirror at hand. "I just got up." Had he known his sister's friend was around the house he definitely would've taken a look into the mirror before coming downstairs. Now he could only hope she was the only visitor they had while he somewhat sheepishly tried to fix his hair by running a hand through it.

He sure wasn't an early riser. The more he was grateful for the cup of coffee being placed in front of him when he was barely able to open his eyes further than the slits they currently were. "Remind me why we are up so early?"

He had set the bag filled with snacks onto the table and his gaze shifted at Dallas. A mischievous glint visible within the dark of his eyes. "What makes you think I'm sharing them?" Obviously it was too much for one person, but who said he wasn't saving some for later?

At the nudge she gave his shoulders his naked ass flopped down onto the couch, hands found her legs when she straddled him and moved along them. A breathy laugh left him, "True baby." Yes, he had said that, even though this wasn't exactly what he had in mind when he did. However, he was the last person to complain about her chosen option. "Does this mean you want the lead the whole time or do you expect me to take over at some point to better help you out?" Leaning up he stole a kiss from her.
