Summary: Ethan finds himself at entrance of the apartment to attend the housewarming party she had invited him to, but he doesn't feel like it's a party he'd be welcome at, and he hesitates to enter. Alex decides to take a breather from the party after beating Landry in drunk rounds, and they have a chat away from the housewarming party. This lays the solid foundation of their friendship in my stories.

A/N: I posted this fic to AO3 back in 2021, but I don’t think I made a post here on Tumblr about it. Time to post it now along with new art!
