🍼think of what kind of caregiver you are. are you a strict caregiver who doesn’t let rule breaking slide? or are you a soft caregiver who just can’t help but let your regressor get away with anything? are you comfortable with infant regressors who use pacis and baby talk? or is that too much? decide who you are and what kind of regressor you’d work best with
🐻remember that every baby is different. some might like pacis and bottles while others prefer blankies or sippy cups. find out what kind of regressor your baby is so you can interact with them better! speaking of which..
🍯interact with your regressor when they’re little! when they show you a coloring page they did, don’t respond with just “looks good”. they will begin to think their little side annoys you! interact with them by playing with them, watching their favorite shows with them, and speaking to them softly and encouragingly.
🧸remember to be patient with your regressor in all aspects. they are in the mind state of a child after all!

☀️realize that it’s okay to be a new cg and there’s nothing wrong with learning! let your regressor know that your new to the community and i’m positive they will help you learn the best way to care for them
