Do something to relax, read a book, color, do a puzzle

Clean up your room

Make your bed extra comfy, get a soft blanket, pick a stuffie to cuddle

Eat a small snack

Brush your teeth ( floss if you're feeling up to it)

Listen to soft music, lullaby or rain

Get a drink, milk, water or juice

tiniest of babies

"dada! dada!" you heard me shout you from outside and knew instantly what was wrong. "hey little one. you feeling smaller than usual?" you say as you make your way over to me in the sandpit.
