perhaps an unpopular opinion but this man (the senator) had miles more intrigue than the man cast as smoking man... he just had a charisma I think would’ve translated really well to an evil psychopathic, amused by the humans he plays with like chess pieces on a board villain.

he also looks exactly like someone I would cast to play the role of DDs/Mulders father. I wouldve had no questions about the fact Teena stepped out with him and no questions when his paternity was questioned.
