Recommending Thaw and its companion POV piece, Glacier, both written by Fyre, a CA:TWS AU wherein the Soldier is deployed by HYDRA to go undercover as a totally coincidental Bucky lookalike and befriend Steve with the goal of eventually turning Steve towards allying with HYDRA. Until it all goes terribly wrong, naturally. Featuring memory loss, false memories, identity porn, heavy suspense, and a happy ending.

Recommending Where All Roads Lead, written by alby_mangroves and DrowningByDegrees, a Shrunkyclunks time travel canon divergence AU wherein Steve accidentally touches a strange artifact he finds in a HYDRA base in 1944 that throws him into 2017. There, he meets college professor and leading Captain America historian James Buchanan Barnes, and the two work together to unravel the mystery of how Steve wound up in the future, and what it’ll take to get him back… until Steve realizes he might actually not want to go back. Features time travel, very little in the way of superhero shenanigans, mythology professor Sam Wilson, mutual pining, POVs rotating between Bucky and Steve, and mostly fluff with a dash of angst.

Recommending To Memory Now I Can’t Recall, by Etharei, wherein a recovering WS!Bucky who’s joined the Avengers finds an Asgardian doohickey while on a mission and swaps places with his WWII self. Expect a slightly different take on Shrunkyclunks, lots of identity porn on WS!Bucky’s side, WWII!Bucky enjoying the future, Peggy Carter being awesome, angst, and a beautiful, happy ending.

Found this fluffy little bit of wingfic- The First Thing About Birds, by SleepsWithCoyotes. Basically, Bucky (and the rest of his family) has wings, and after a long, hard day at the docks, Steve preens them for him. It's set prewar, it's short and sweet, and it's very cuddly.

Recommending The Universe Has Moved For Us by Kittycombs, a combination of two different AUs, wherein Steve is Stephanie Rogers and falls off the train, and her husband Bucky is Captain America. Expect Bucky making some friends for once, Bucky as a Romanian immigrant, a ton of fictional movies about the James Barnes and Stephanie Rogers story (and one that I would totally watch if it was real), and Stephanie Rogers being a goddamn queen, we stan. It left off on a cliffhanger, but only within the last year, though, so show it some love!
