Throughout their brief fight, Fujitora addresses Luffy with the standard masculine/rude お前/omae you pronoun. But afterwards, after the whole country turns out to help him escape, when Fujitora is reflecting on what kind of person Luffy is, he mentally addresses him as お前さん/omae-san instead, indicating respect.
