Teacher’s Lounge | Shere Plastic
Mirage considered it a good sign that there were certain people that would cause her to avoid the teacher’s lounge. It meant she had developed likes, and dislikes, and formed opinions of people all on her own. Something that was quite the achievement for her programming. Today, though, regardless of who was in the lounge, she felt compelled to use it. She had had office hours nearly all day, with a constant slew of students coming in and out, asking questions, requesting extensions, and generally picking her brain. She appreciated their enthusiasm, but had hoped she would have the time today to catch up on reviewing some draft thesis’ from her third year students.
Her concerns about encountering certain unwanted members of staff were unfounded, however, when she rounded the corner and found only Shere there. Their courses were vastly different, but Mirage had a healthy curiosity about anything magic, and Magizoology combined her curiosity with her love of nature. It was only a logical conclusion, therefore, that she could talk to Shere for hours about the subject she taught. She crossed the room and took a seat opposite him, opening up her laptop on her crossed legs. “You look as tired as I feel, dear.” @professor-lungri
