i hope you knew this ask was gonna come sooner or later.... may i pls have some robin and alex hcs since our talks had me in TEARS

OMG you mean the new definition of soft platonic m/f friendship OKAY LETS DO IT

after the failure of getting the stones back, robin and alex venture off on their own paths

they run into each other a few times in town and each time they spark up conversations

obviously they knew each other from SHIELD days and were pretty good friends, but oh boy are they in for a journey together

they wind up at the same bar one night and talk for hours on end and that’s how it all started

will call each other if they can’t sleep that night and it doesn’t matter if the other was sleeping, they see their name on the caller I.D. they fucking answer it.. EVERY TIME.

their first big argument is really, REALLY bad to the point where one leaves to cool off, they then promise to never argue like that again…and they never do. 

each has their first big breakdown in front of each other and there’s no judgement, only caring for each other 

platonic soft touches like oh my fucking god, sometimes when they hug each other it lasts just a little big longer because it makes them feel close to the people they love, who they lost in the snap

they end up falling sleep with each other, nothing sexual just lying next to one another, just to have that physical closeness with someone else

it’s not always so dark for them, they do have quite a few moments that are light and funny which they cherish every minute of it

even after everyone comes back, the two of them remain close because those five years were not easy and they only had each other to rely on

about a year or so after the snap, they definitely go on some kind of road trip together

and they are able to see how other cities and small towns have dealt with the snap

one small town they visited was virtually abandoned and it was the most surreal they had ever felt

upon returning to new york they find a stray dog that definitely belonged to someone who was one of the many who were snapped and they decide to take care of the poor doggo 

I feel like they would rename him something really cute and cheesy–like Benji or something

robin and alex always confiding in each other first when a major evevnt happens to them (i.e. alex propsing to sharon or sam proposing to robin, them talking about having kids with their repsective partners, etc)

also can we just appreciate them being the best uncle and auntie to each other’s kids

hi hello bb so i gotta ask,,, how is alex and jackie’s relationship in endgame? like i know you mentioned that alex is all annoyed that the avengers can’t get their shit together and actually be a team (which is v valid) so i want to know if the aftermath of the snap correlates to his friendship with jackie.

OOHHHHH MAN.

Okay so their friendship will pan out depending on what I decide to do. I’m debating on having Alex going with them to get Thanos or for him to stay behind. I’ve always had it to where he stays behind (which is what I’ll probably end up sticking with). So, if that’s the case, Jackie basically promises Alex that they’ll get the stones and bring everyone back, which includes someone that Alex cares VERY MUCH for. But, heartbreak, when they come back and she tells Alex that the stones were destroyed, he literally loses the last small shred of hope he had and basically just kinda leaves the compound to be on his own, even though Jackie begs him to stick with them. Because no one deserves to be alone, especially during this time. And the last thing he says to her is, “you promised that you would bring her back” and he leaves. 

So that being said, their friendship kinda takes a dip. During the five years, they don’t have much contact with each other. Jackie is the only one who reaches out to him. They do see each other on and off when she goes to visit him. Jackie and Steve getting married and John being born kinda starts to pull Alex back into the mix of things but he’s still really depressed. Like my poor baby grows a depression beard, like it’s legit. Also, when Jackie goes to him saying like “Hey we have a way to bring everyone back” he’s literally so lost he doesn’t even believe her at first. Jackie coaxes him back to the compound to hear their plan and he slowly starts to find that hope again but never gets too optimistic. And oh my god, his reunion with the person he lost...im gonna cry. Their friendship is gonna face some obstacles but they do love each other so Jackie and Alex will always come out on top.

- Let’s see, she would definitely be blonde, kick-ass, smart, doesn’t take shit from anyone, stands by her morals no matter what--it’s Sharon. AJSDKS, Honestly, I don’t see anyone else for Alex besides Sharon. And his family 1000% love and adore Sharon. They’re always asking him when he’s gonna pop the question.

🕊️ Would your OC ever get married or are they already wed? If they’re married, describe what their wedding was like! If not, describe their ideal wedding.

- OMG YES HE WOULD. Although, marriage isn’t like Alex’s biggest concern. Like, when he starts dating Sharon, they agree to take it easy and slow, they don’t want to rush anything so marriage doesn’t really come up that much between them. Their wedding would definitely be simple, kinda small but it would be such a fun time, like you wanna talk about a bunch of dumb superheros and agents getting drunk and dancing together. Yeah, that’s their wedding.

- I’ll do a random fact! So, at first, Alex wasn’t a real fan of Tony. When he found out that Jackie knew Tony really well and was practically like family to him, Alex was just all “oh my god i can’t escape the Stark”. But now Alex and Tony are good friends, I wouldn’t say best friends but they’re civil around each other

if jackie wasn't with steve, who do you think she would end up with?

OOohhh good question!!! Hmm. I mean I always envisioned her with Steve BUT if she were to be with someone else, I think it would definitely be Alex. They have been friends since meeting at the ops academy. And I’ve always had this little headcanon where Alex has always kinda been in love with her. But he never acts on it because he sees how she is with Steve and only wants her to be happy. But he expresses it in different ways. Most notably, being a surrogate father to Madison after she’s born. Gah, I just love Alex. So, yeah, if Jackie wasn’t with Steve she would be with Alex.
