Moonlight Passing | Ch;3 | Ayako;Ballroom | Open
As the light music stretched itself throughout the ballroom, the Priestess stood silently in the middle of the room. Wearing an altered version of her normal outfit, that consisted of much more frills and flowing fabrics, she stood as still as a porcelain doll in the center of the stage. The music slowly reached her ears and at a precise moment, her limbs began to move.
The movements were not incredibly impressive. Anyone who knew the waltz or foxtrot could tell you that this was child’s play. However, as the spotlight in the center of the room shone down on her, Ayako’s ghostly, or perhaps ethereal, aura seemed to make each movement beautiful. Graceful and elegantly, the blind girl’s body swayed to the gentle music in the background. She seemed completely at peace and gave off a feeling of serenity.
As she swooped down for a semi-intricate move, she froze mid-way and her foggy gaze flicked to the doorway of the ballroom. Like a deer in the headlights, she froze and subconsciously held her breath. A presence had made its way into her serene space and she was caught off guard by the sudden interruption. She slowly stood back up straight and bowed in the direction of the door, recognizing the aura of a living soul.
“F-Forgive me, I was just taking some time to relax. Shall I leave the room to you?”
