Chapter 685 x Chapter 1023
…Looks Like I Made It
Though I don’t ‘hardcore’ fangirl over them, I definitely couldn’t help but squeal at this.
It almost seemed like Sasuke was COMPLETELY indifferent to Sakura’s presence, but in truth he’s just really focused on their mission at hand.
Although we can’t really say for sure if he reciprocates her affections or anything, that little subtly of him using her vest to reach her could at least give us something to dream about, right? ( 0ヮ≦)~♡
The Flower that Blooms Under Fire
For those who belittle her character, or think she’s not changed since then ((which you seriously must have been living under a rock to think such a thing)), look at how she still puts the wellbeing of others before her own?
Even when it’s someone she finds unforgiveable like Obito, she would still find it in her heart to use her body as a shield to protect him from an attack or heal him without considering her own wounds.
Even under the line of fire, this girl would still try to find a way to heal and protect others with everything she’s got; like a flower that blooms in the midst of chaos.
Searching for Sasuke
Although they’d started off the wrong foot with each other, in the end these two forge an essential team in finding Sasuke to reunite him with Naruto to take on Kaguya together.
And while they’re both basically falling apart and struggling against the grating pain of having force every ounce of chakra they have into finding him, their strong desire to carry on their mission for the others’ sake helps keep them going until they finally find him in the forsaken desert that Kaguya had sent him to.
((Even though Obito doesn’t have much time left, I feel like there is something peaceful in knowing that there is someone who reminds him of Rin, and that she basically carries on her same strength that he’d always loved and admired.))
