CHSR is a friendly, naturally inquisitive individual who always wants to learn more about the world and help others. Under his "employment" with Channel Fourty, he travels to report and observe the world from an on-the-ground point of view, toting his camera and microphone about wherever he goes.

Rules
- Please don't hassle me for any responses, I'll try to keep a turnaround of 1-2 days up but this may vary because I am often out and and about or busy.
- I aim for literate and semi-literate responses and prefer not to do one-liners. Length will sometimes matter depending on what you give me, so I'll either match length or just do what I can. If you don't give me much to work with, I may not be able to give a longer response
- No unreasonable "godmodding", if for the sake of your plot, you need CHSR to go somewhere or do something, that's fine, but don't just make him do things that I haven't made him do. "Unreasonable" is at my discretion.
- If I am uncomfortable with something, I will contact you, and you should do the same! However, I still do reserve the right to end communications if I feel the need to do so for my own well-being, with only a follow up message afterward.
- "Dark" or suggestive topics aren't off limits, but please communicate this to me beforehand and I'll decide on a case-by-case basis. Any suggestive situations especially must be outlined explicitly beforehand (and don't even think about it if you're under 18.)
- If you want to stop RP, no problem. Just let me know.
- Multiship is allowed! CHSR may discover he has all the love to give.

- okay this isn't a rule and i'm being pedantic and presumptuous but a high amount of errors in writing makes things harder for to me to read and understand and thus can make me quite frustrated. i would greatly appreciate it if you make your writing as coherent as possible and proofread your work. spellcheck is your friend sometimes. i don't mind small errors and i'm not going to actively police anyone on their grammar and syntax but please please please help a man out
