(Part 1) Hey I work at a mall kiosk and today is Memorial Day. I started at 10am and within the first 15min of me working I already had an idiot customer. Him and his wife got a blueberry muffin, I asked if they wanted it warm and they said no. Okay whatever right?? No. They come back and demand it be warm because its stale (which is impossible) so I asked if they touched it and his wife said yes and I replied to then stating that we can't warm something you already ate. And man did they throw
(Part 2) a fit. I tried explain that it's a sanitary thing and that the oven is for everyone and if I put it back in it would be contaminating it. But he didn't care he cursed at me and demanded my name because he was going to complain. Honestly do people not have common sense?????????? Your hands are dirty what if you coughed on it and I go and warm it up anyone after that can get sick. I can't believe these idiots.
Ok but playing devil’s advocate here, you could have just thrown away the old one and replaced it with a new one that was warm and avoided the conflict.
It annoys me so much when people say "i can't believe they have you work on holidays" like by you coming here it's supporting the business and wanting them to keep us open on holidays.
It makes me want to go ax-murderer on them.

I hate that so much. I work in a mall kiosk and people crowed around the drop off area so much, and sometimes people take drinks that didn't even pay for any drinks. I cry inside on Saturdays.
