Rambling about Fairies - Manga Chapter 75 

The first time I read TOH in the manga, I was genuinely stunned by how dark it was. The anime version was dark enough, but they certainly took a few liberties due to very understandable censorship. 

This is just a simple sketch of Erza, and yet, it’s so haunting. It’s a foreboding opener what’s to come, and the emphasis put on Erza right off the bat already tells us it’s not going to be a happy story.
