Where the old money folk of Crescent Harbor reside in mansions and family-owned estates. Also where the country club and prep school are located, as well as many elite restaurants and bars that are mostly frequented by the area’s residents. It is somewhat secluded to give its residents as much privacy as possible.

Slightly more affordable than its predecessor of Sunstone Beach and is right along the coast, it is home to Crescent Harbor’s upper middle class and new money. Very scenic neighborhood with lots of walking and biking trails.

The urban area and arguably the most diverse one, where a lot of non-locals end up living due to how much it feels like the neighboring Seattle. Apartments are available for rent at reasonable prices, and this is a selling point for those who work at one of the businesses located downtown. A lot of them are located there, as well as Crescent Harbor College.

Located right outside the downtown area, Bywater Park is where a large number of longtime residents live, including families and young couples. Abundant in parks and green areas, this is ideal for those who simply favor a quieter area and more relaxed pace. Affordable housing is the game.

1 / 5 — Hemlock Docks.
With a perfect view of the harbor and the availability of many family-owned restaurants and shops, Hemlock Docks, better known to locals simply by 'The Docks', has a very quaint feeling to it. This is the most affordable area to live in in Crescent Harbor, albeit not necessarily the safest. However, the residents are proud to call it their home and will do anything in their power to preserve its charm.
