Angie had had a bit of a crush on Tenko since their first year at Hope’s Peak had started. Not that she told anyone about it; even though she joked about some things, she tended to keep crushes to herself.

It was...pretty obvious to her that the only reason Tenko tolerated her was because she was friends with Himiko. And, yeah, that really hurt a lot that she was so transparent about it.

And believe her, she tried so much to win Tenko over, but nothing she did seemed to be enough. She had to face the fact that Tenko was probably never going to return her feelings.

She had to start working on moving on, and she actually told Rantaro so he would be able to help her with it. He was actually pretty good with support on that front.

It would take a long time for her to get over that crush, she could already tell, but maybe one day she’d be able to look back on it fondly. That day wouldn’t be for a while, though.

They thought they were being sneaky. Both of them knew that their classmates would be all over them if they found out, so they did their best to sneak around.

Yeah. Shuichi and Himiko both figured it out within a week, and most of their class followed soon after. However, they thought it would be funny to not let Tenko and Angie know that they knew.

And, really, it was, questioning them very specifically and trying to “set them up” while Angie and Tenko were both kind of messes around each other when that happened.

They still applauded themselves for being able to keep it quiet from their classmates for so long! After all, they definitely would’ve tried meddling if they somehow found out.

Their class kept laughing at how unobservant they could be, but they were all glad that Tenko and Angie were happy with each other. That was all they really needed to know.
