A little Balance and a little Power ☯️ . . . Here is my combo of Fitness and Yoga! #chabskyfitflow . . Fitness and Yoga are truly the ideal #yingyang to one another. Fitness helps strength your muscles, your joints, your ligaments; it also increases your metabolism and over all power in each movement. Yoga helps stretch all the tight muscles you get from exersing; it increases with the elasticity of your joints, improves balance and also aids in quicker recovery of the muscles. Too much of one over the other makes our bodies out of balance and alignment. At least that's the case for me 😊... I'm born worth loose ligaments which basically means my joins can dislocate very easily. I have been working my who life on finding the perfect balance between Power and Balance. I physically need to weight train to strength the muscles around my joints .. to keep them in socet.
